(The stats for the shot are at the end of the video) Backswing feeling better and more connected, still lifting hands though. I am having a lot of trouble initiating the downswing and knowing what to do with my hands. Right now I do a mix of bumping my hips to the left and throwing the club heat at the ball with my right hand. Unfortunately, I end up either early extending like this, or I hit it much shorter if I try to keep my hands more passive. Any tips and drills I could do?

Hello Goncalo. Your hips are reversing the pressure into the lead side too quickly which is why you can't pivot in the downswing to start making it more automatic. Get into the hip then we will have talk. This will make the transition more natural leading to the potential for easier release. Vid below.
