Working on lag

A little sloppy with lower body but trying to work on the GOAT sequencing. I know I’ve been struggling with sequencing therefore not able to maintain lag throughout the swing. Was working with the pressure shifts that Chuck talks about and thinking about extension of the spine at the top of the swing and then just rotating the core from there. Also, working on not having as much lateral slide but trying to have the sacrum go back in the transition like the GOATs from the rear view. Please let me know if I’m getting closer with this feel. Thanks Jacob H

Hey Jacob, you are getting closer. I want to make sure you are focused on the right things. You are running out of right arm too early. Your body and arms are not quite synced up. I want you to think about skipping a stone on the pond and releasing the stone past your feet. I don’t want you to think about holding on to angles, but I want you to release later in the downswing. Try that thought, and I’m always ready for a live lesson.
