goat code vs lead side dominant swing

Good afternoon, I just signed up for RST again and am a lead side dominant golfer. Chuck turned me to the lead side several years ago. I did it and am happy I did because I play virtually pain free golf. I'm wondering how I get goaty to teach me a lead side dominant swing. I was playing around with the software today and even though I told goaty I wanted to be a lead side dominant player he recommended drills from the trail side dominant part of the website, (trail hip depth and sequencing). So i guess my question is are some of the drills for both lead and trail side golfers? I just don't want to undo all the work I did to create what feels like a lead side dominant swing. Pain free!

Hi Kevin, GOATY is built around a trail side throwing pattern primarily, but the overall mechanics of what he will teach you aren't that different in terms of how the body moves. He is very balanced right now and so what he is teaching you will apply to a lead side pattern.
