This is great, I was focusing on how my weight was moving around my foot, not letting it happen. With the ball just sitting there I always focus on my positions. This morning my thought process was taking the static ball and think how my body would move while the ball was in motion, such as tennis. My arm (right) works naturally in a clockwise motion, same with my right foot. No time to think. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks Chuck. My mind is riddled with swing thoughts and the freedom of this approach is great. I am still struggling with getting my hips out of the way and zipping this together, but have accomplished more in just a little bit of time over two days than I have in months. I wonder however if the science of the golf swing you gave us through the dead drill and the swing thoughts it gives you are a factor in how the application of this is received?
This is a great video. Really liked how you explain learning from a correct feeling. Also the slingshot motion of the club was an interesting visual.
Chuck - I think this video/explanation is a great addition to the other introductory Axiom video that you put together. As a longtime Rotary Swinger (that sounded strange :) and RSA member, I learned the Axiom in a lesson with Craig last week and have since been working on it. For me, the most difficult thing has been to get all of the positional thoughts out of my head and let the swing move freely; yet at the same time maintaining the patience to get all the way around the MGR and in position to move the right knee to the left and let the arms/hands/club follow naturally. At times, I have gotten into a groove with the correct timing (trusting the whole movement) and I am striping the ball consistently. Yet, when I sprinkle in a little pressure while actually playing golf; I struggle to avoid my positional mind and I often come out of the MGR early and hit some really poor shots. Like anything else, I know I need time to get and trust the feel and this is why I think this video is very helpful; both from the perspective of illustrating the feel of the hands and for getting people like me the hell out of my positional/sequential mind! Thanks for this and all that you have put together....
I just had my lesson with Craig so this is all new to me and I am still working on the exaggerated movement. This feel automatically shallows out the club every time. I am just trying to figure out the getting off the MGR part. Does anyone else feel like going into impact things get scoopy with the right hand? I have lost the feeling of sitting onto the left side and getting the nice shaft lean at impact. Great stuff guys! Excited about this.

Chuck, Thanks for this follow-up video. I do feel as though I've gotten trapped in the mechanics and positions that I hoped would lead to a consistent and reliable swing. I've always had a very long swing and without good tempo I am sunk out there. I also struggle with an early release of the right arm. When I started this MGR movement my swing seemed to get longer. Today I concentrated on two things the right foot move and turning as if I only was making a 9-3 swing. The attached video shows a swing much longer than 9 to 3 but not a rival for John Daly. I will try the whipping motion you demonstrated today and see if that helps with moderating the early release. I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks much - Jen Jackson
