the problem

I dont know if others experience this but when I am on the course there is a fear in my body about doing the trail hip going back. My body thinks that if I do this I will get stuck there with no place to go. I know that the answer is in my sequencing, and letting the hip fall forward, but I cant convince my body that this will work. Just venting

Hello Sjahari. It's an understandable fear. But, remember this isn't a slow paced/chunked movement. The coil makes it reactionary. All too often I see players trying to do this too slow versus it's a movement to load the fascial structure. Once you get the flow of the movement with some proper pacing it's almost impossible to not pivot back to the lead side.
