Getting stuck

I've tried concentrating on loading my trail glute on the backswing but whenever I do, all my body wants to do is release the tension by pushing from the right side. I know it's wrong but I can't seem to stop doing it. Any suggestions?

Hello Steven. Have you made this motion is chunks/slower paced to feel how the trail hip stays back and loaded in transition.
🔗 Hip Depth
I’ve been never here for about six months, but last Monday is the first day that I saw the glute loading video. And I only saw it because it was on the front page. I’ve been doing the drills that isolate my glutes almost exclusively. I do swing the club. All I think about is my glutes, my big toe and my heel and for a split second both lead side and trail side are equal in their pressure on the ground and in the glutes. I hold it there for about 10 sec then let the club release. Finally I think I’m actually executing the core bridge move because when I finally hit a ball I didn’t think about my arms or wrists at all and it just melted all the club face. Going to keep working on this and build that muscle memory. Hope this helps.
