Been away 2 years...lost

I started a member in July 2023. As I coach High School Football my season ends in August. Then I coach basketball following football. In 2024, we were building a new house. In May, when we moved in I had my first knee replacement, following up with a second in May of 2025. Iost 2 years of golf and I am just getting started back now. When I started rotary swing in 2023 there was just one way of doing things. Now there is the Goat method as well. I have no idea whether I should pick up what I was doing or should switch to Goat. As all my video was in the old HUDL app, I no longer have any video. If you would want me to send video I am not even sure how and in what format you would want it. Please help clarify things for me so I can get going. Thanks, Dave

Hello David. C4/Axiom is a lead side method. GOAT Code is trail side. My suggestion would be to start with GOAT as it's more the modern day swing methodology that combines the ability to use your dominant side if right handed and right side dominant. Typically, a much quicker swing change and allows for much more athletic freedom in the swing.
