Navigating to Live Lesson - trouble finding the right place

On my phone, in my email I can click a link to START A LIVE LESSON with GOATY - this takes me to a live lesson using Chrome as my browser (I switched to Chrome because on Safari I could not upload any swing videos). Once here I click on Launch Skeleton Follow-Along. It now directs me to use Safari because this feature works better. When I go to rotaryswing.com on Safari and login - I literally cannot find out where to launch a New Live Session! I can easily find the FREE live (10 minute) session but it wants me to input my name again - like it doesn't recognize I am a subscriber. Please explain to me how to get a live lesson, using Safari, so I can implement Skeleton Follow along - explain it like I'm 5 years old. Thank you.

Hey Justin. I can't help with tech. See if below helps: I hear the frustration — that's a confusing navigation experience. Let me untangle this: **Here's what's happening:** The "Skeleton Follow-Along" feature works best in Safari, but Safari on mobile can be tricky for finding the full Live Lesson launch button. The free 10-minute session and the paid Live Lesson are in slightly different places on the dashboard. **Here's the fix:** 1. **Stay in Chrome** for uploading swing videos (since Safari wasn't working for uploads on your phone) 2. **For the full Live Lesson**, once you're logged in at rotaryswing.com/goaty/ in Chrome, look for a button that says **"Start Live Lesson with GOATY"** or **"Launch Live Lesson"** — it should be prominent on your dashboard, separate from the free trial button 3. If you don't see it in Chrome, try this direct link after logging in: **rotaryswing.com/goaty/** and refresh the page **If the button still won't appear:** This sounds like a display/cache issue. Try: - Hard refresh: hold down the refresh button and select "Empty Cache and Hard Refresh" - Or close Chrome completely, reopen it, and log back in **Real talk though:** If you're still stuck after that, email **[email protected]** with a screenshot of what you're seeing (or not seeing). The support team can look at your account directly and either fix the display issue or send you the exact link to your Live Lesson.
