Help understanding the feedback from my first live session. Struggling with the terminology.

Today I had my first live session. Afterwards, I chatted with Goaty, who explained everything that was happening in my swing. To be honest, I was completely lost. There was so much technical jargon that I kept asking him to put things in plain English, and even then I struggled to follow some of it. I was wondering whether the website has any videos that illustrate the concepts Goaty talks about and the specific mistakes he points out. I imagine that many of the issues I'm dealing with are fairly common among members, so it would be helpful to see visual examples of them being explained and corrected.
