GOATY app vs Website GOATY

I'm sure this has been clarified in previous posts, but I have not found it yet. I apologize if it has been answered already. I have been working through all of the instructional videos and am ready to take the next step in using GOATY. My question is specific to being able to use the app on my iPhone and on the website. If I add GOATY to my membership on the website, will this allow me to use the app on my phone seamlessly and for the same monthly fee? Also, I'm a little confused at the varying monthly fee options. On the website it states I can add the unlimited version for $25/month whereas on the app it states it is $40/month for unlimited. Can you clarify? Thank you, Chad
