Containment question

I am relatively new to the site. I am working on containment. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can improve my scores in this area? Thanks

Hey Dan, great question. Containment is about keeping your trail arm and elbow connected to your body through the backswing and into the downswing—it's a key checkpoint in the GOATY system. Here's what helps: focus on your lead-arm connection first in the GOAT Drill, then layer in trail-side awareness. The Live Lessons will give you real-time feedback on whether you're maintaining that connection or letting your trail elbow drift away from your ribs. Start at https://rotaryswing.com/goaty/live_lesson.php and work through the Step 1 and Step 2 drills. Your scorecard will show you exactly where containment is breaking down. You can also check the Gate Guide at https://rotaryswing.com/goaty/goaty_gate_guide.php for the specific containment checkpoints. What phase are you in right now?
Hello Dan. I would start with The Whip Effect Video then move onto GOAT Release. So you can understand how they work together.
