GDP for the core and hips?

Hey—Anthony showed me in his review how I use my arms instead of my lower body as the swing engine. In looking over the Goat training videos, the motion is explained predominantly in terms of arms, shoulders, etc. Can y’all help me with this lower body issue? (I will put in the time and reps to learn the GDP for the arms…) Thank you!

Hey Marion, If you look at the goat code webinars, the very first webinar is about the core. The core dictates how your body loads. Yes, there are videos explaining different feels with the arms throughout the process of the golf swing. But the main driver of the swing, is your core and body. That’s why Tiger’s movement has always been so consistent. In your swing, you arms are being swung back with enough momentum, that your body never moves into the trail side. That is a result of your arms swinging too much.
