Posting up on lead leg

I completed a Live Training session with Goaty yesterday and was 0-20 on hitting the objective the software came up with for me. It generated an email from Chuck telling me to stick with it. I responded back with some questions and it told me to post them here so here goes: 1. I was ready to work on coiling the lead hip down and getting the rear hip deeper. Instead the first few reps feedback was to focus on keeping my head still. Very confusing since it was one of my better readings the last few sessions 2. I feel like I am getting plenty of load in the hips, but my interpretation of the data tells me that it is not enough 3. What I notice all the time with the ghost overlay is that I am having trouble posting into my lead side. I see my lead hip starting to open even before my backswing finishes which increases my stretch, but for some reason my knee does not want to straighten until after I have hit the ball. Even when I focus on snapping my left knee into impact, it still seems to arrive late. Any advice for me on this would be greatly appreciated.
