Had my lesson this morning and have had mixed results with two hands on the club as my shoulders are still too active. I moved to swing with one hand after multiple reps of "guitar hero" exercise. One hand feels really good and I am getting the motion from my hips correctly. I feel the motion in my arms better than the feet. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar situations or any Chuck any thoughts on a drill for the feet pressure.

So far it seems easier for most to learn the basic move with just one arm to get the feel with the lower body as the guitar hero riding the merry go round. This helps you learn to feel and focus on the foot. Then when you put both hands on you have to still focus on the foot. When things go off is when the focus shifts to the club and arms and the foot takes a nap
