I’ve always been suffering from weak impact position and flipping.

Hi! I’ve always been suffering from weak impact position and flipping. Any tips how to improve that? Less right side dominance? Thanks ????

Your release is quite good actually with only the slightest hint of flip and I would say it's really not bad at all. In your case, your head is moving a lot laterally in the downswing so you need to throw the club a little to make solid contact. Reduce the big lateral head movement and you should feel less need to flip the hands to square the face.

Olli, It seems that you over straighten your right knee on the backswing, (would need a down the line view to confirm) which allows you to over rotate your hips without developing proper tension in the right glute. Your hips are then slow to rotate back to square (looks like a closed hip slide to me), and so your hands and arms take over the downswing resulting in the flip release. Chuck refers to straightening the right knee as "the lazy man's turn", because it allows you to rotate without building the vital tension in your glutes and core muscles. Without that tension we all become hand and arm swingers of the golf club resulting in loss of lag and power. Focus on maintaining the flex in your right knee on the backswing, which should result in you feeling positive tension in your right glute, hamstrings, quads, and obliques. Warning- when you do this it will build tremendous tension in your right leg, and often I see people then move there right knee laterally to relieve it, which is a major flaw to avoid. Good luck, Mike B
I have a slightly different take. You add a lot of radial deviation at the top of the swing. That can be a problem because at some point it needs to be released and for many of us it causes the right hand to really take over on the down swing hence early extension. I have had this issue and it helped me to just calm the wrists down and try and reduce or eliminate radial deviation at the top.
