Guys! Today wasn't an easy one trying to do this new movement, at a certain.

Hi guys! Today wasn't an easy one trying to do this new movement, at a certain point when i was trying to get out of the merry go round, i think i was staying to much on my right heel, so i revisited my video lesson and after that i'v tried to get out of the merry go round, once my weight is on my right heel, by kicking my right knee too my left knee, is it a good feeling to have by doing this to get out of the merry go round? Take a look at the pic and does my heel at the transition he's to high? And at impact, is it ok the way my right foot is positonned?

If you maintain your posture and control then the heel can be as high as you want it. Dont focus on a mechanical thing like the height of the foot over the overall movement.
