After a few days off, I am back at it.

After a few days off, I am back at it. It feels so easy when I am just over exaggerating things, but putting it in a real swing leaves me wanting to revert to trying to power it. I can feel such a difference in the club whipping through when I actually am relaxed and getting off the merry go round. I am not sure this video represents that but they were the better of the ones I took. DC

Hi David, The arms and shoulders definitely look like they are still trying to do too much in the downward half. I would work on isolating and doing 1 arm drills to allow the legs and merry go round movement to shallow the arms AND pull the shoulders around into impact. Very hard to feel the shoulders unwinding as much as they are so feeling the shallowing of the arms for you is critical.
