This is my first post with feedback after I had my introduction lesson from.

This is my first post with feedback after I had my introduction lesson from Chraig two days ago. Thanks again Chraig, still very excited about it! I will try to keep this feedback limited to FEEL because, if I understood correctly FEEL is "King" in this axiom concept. As for my lower body movement the new movement feels much more natural. In the "old" way I had feeling my hips moved more in strait lines, rear hip back, both hips move sideways towards target and then lead hip moves backwards in post up. This new movement is making a clockwise circle and therefore feels like an ongoing movement all in same direction. My rear foot feels like a pivot point where leg and hip circle around in a very small radius. I can feel the pressure in my rear foot change around the sole easily and it gives me good guidence in where I am in my movement. It gets thrilling when I when my weight is getting on my heal ( 6 o'clock) and use that moment to push my rear knee towards my lead knee. At that point "magic" happens for me because that movement is a huge accelerator that creates lots of energy. I also don't have to worry anymore about moving lead hip back because that is the only direction my lead hip can go. Result, hips out of the way and arms an club can go where they have to go. Now the upper body movement. When I focus on making a large clockwise circle with arm(s) and club I notice that it is very easy to make the 90 degree shoulder turn. I also feel it makes me "sit" on my rear heal. Because I can make the 90 degree shoulder turn I also feel that my club stay in front of my chest. Where do I "struggle" in the start of this process: Altough both movements, lower and upper body, are clockwise movements they take place in different planes. The lower body moves in a horizontal plane but the upper body moves in a plane somewhere between horizontal and vertical. Here I struggle at the start of the swing from adress. My brain is just not ready yet to carry out both moves at the same time. To make my swing I have to focus on one of the two movements to start the swing. If I focus om the lower body movement, moving pressure of rear foot towards toes I find it difficult to move my arms at same time in a different direction (sideways and up). If I focus on my arms movement I miss the feel of the pressure changes in my rear foot sole and then I often miss the moment where I have to move my rear knee towards the lead knee and miss that accelaration from that movement. So my question is where to keep my focus for now to keep moving in the right direction?
