Hi Craig/Chuck here is a video from two days ago. Been working on feeling the clockwise motion in my right foot plus lately I've been trying to make sure I have a little clockwise rotation in my right hand. I think I'm getting better but still lacking full open hips. I started to really try to get up on right toe quicker and forcefully but that started to lead me to the dreaded shanks so I backed off and for me I have to feel like I am exiting merry go round just after 6 and more like 7. But when I do that is hard to get on the toe. I also noticed some pain in left wrist because at times my right hand wants to take over too much and when I feel like I rotate the right hand/wrist clockwise that pain goes away. Let me know your thoughts on these swings and questions.
