I think I have begun to suffer golfers elbow - possibly from practicing too much. Pain on the inside of the elbows. Research all points to... “Golfer's elbow, also known as medial epicondylitis, is caused by damage to the muscles and tendons that control your wrist and fingers. The damage is typically related to excess or repeated stress — especially forceful wrist and finger motions”. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this from practicing too much? Although I feel (and video confirms) I’m not doing dead drills and swings badly, I wonder if there is something specific that could be leading to elbow pain. Research also indicates that rest and a break from a repetitive activity helps get over it. Has anyone experienced similar?

Hello Greg. Sadly, golfer's elbow is usually only gets better with rest. However, let's make sure you aren't causing the issues. Take a look at Cure Golf Elbow Pain. Usually the trail arm is just do to massive overuse in the backswing.
