Played my first round of 18 holes this weekend. I shot 4 under par with a swing i didnt fully feel I have control over yet which was super exciting. The biggest improvement since last year is that my bad shots now still make pretty good contact and no longer drifts of target like crazy so no longer am fighting loads of penalty shots :D. I've been drilling like crazy so my liveview just died, will make an upload as soon as it is charged.
Axiom has been such a huge help. I believe i've alway sort of been on to a similar motion, but just slightly off pushing more from the outside right on to the toe rather than completing the circle and then get off the circle. It's been a massive improvement to my rythm and to how relaxed i feel in the swing. It is still a struggle to do a proper motion with my left hand on, tendency is for my body to shut down a bit to reassure contact rather than being confident moving through and trusting that it will result in good contact. Actually bought a lefty club just to drill the same motion with my right arm, having an easier time trusting the motion that way and am on my way to copy it over in my normal swing. Feel like this is going to be an exiting golf season
