Like the new feed here! Been working through the bonus impact series that Chris Tyler did and seen some improvements there but still have a ways to go. I know my arms probably get too deep in the backswing, which I had been working on and improving before moving to work on impact but seems like it's a case of not fully ingraining the movement before moving onto the next piece. I also have lower back disc issues so excited to make some changes so I don't have to worry about that kind of pain with my golf swing.

Larry, my back hurt watching your FO view b/c we both do the same thing on the downswing. The upper body hangs back. Gotta let your upper body move with the lower body so that the middle of the left shoulder is "stacked" over the left ankle and left knee at impact. We want to keep the shoulders closed during transition, but not "back" while the lower body shifts left. Get this down and you'll hopefully be able to leave the Advil at home!
