Update on my Axiom swing.
Update on my Axiom swing. The results I posted earlier yesterday were from driving range practice and hitting into my net at home. We all know that those two situations many times don’t equate to actual playing on a course. So I played 18 holes yesterday afternoon on a par 71 6,438 yard course. My handicap Index is an 8.4. I shot a 74, my previous best had been a 78 on a par 72, a few years ago. Hit all of my clubs well. There were a few squirrelly ones but those were usually because I was either rushing, thinking about mechanics, or trying to kill the ball. As long as I kept my tempo and made the Axiom move my strikes were good to flush. As for ball flight, nice baby draws (and this coming from a guy who couldn’t draw the ball) or beautiful fades almost at will. Club distance also increased about 7 yards without swinging any faster. Cannot say enough positive things about Axiom. It’s the real deal. Finally a true “magic move.” My playing partners are about to lose a lot of money. ???? Again, thank you Chuck.
