Craig- how is this looking.

Hi Craig- how is this looking. This is a 8 iron and it was near end of my range session. I do have a couple of questions. Is there an issue if my left thumb is not on the top but slightly to the left side of the grip? If I put on top I really feel like my left thumb wants to push mainly bc it doesn't have a lot of flexibility from years of it getting jammed playing basketball. Second question is around Axiom feeling. Yesterday I really focused on trying to get onto the toe quicker but I am quite slow to fully get there. My feeling which I started to hit really good shots was when I go back around 3,4,5 once I hit 6 and round to 7 to me that feels like a big squat. I don't know if that is noticeable in the video but that's the feeling. I think after that feeling of the big squat I need to be quicker to 8,9 and onto toe to get off MGR. But that big squat is key for me. Not only does it feel like I get deeper on the way back but I think keeps tush line in place. Let me know your thoughts.

You can't put the lead thumb just slightly to the right. You don't have to have it perfectly on top, but being on the left side may hurt with support. I agree needs to be quicker during the points you mentioned. Your squat isn't big, but that movement does keep that tush line back and looks pretty snazzy. Remember, like in How to Use the Hips Video. Make the movement more dynamic to the toe after the squat and add some lead leg pull/post. Try to get both working.
