A little confused on the "right vs left" instructional video.

A little confused on the "right vs left" instructional video... I thought I was trying to get away from my dominant right side--which I definitely have-- so how does using the right side more powerfully not contradict this? Thanks

Hello Joseph. Two ways to skin this cat. The lead side swinger move for effortless power and consistency has been an RST norm for years. However, some players find it is an impossible task to retrain their lead side after decades of being a trail side dominant player. We don't want those players not to play golf because of the difficulty to switch. So, we have a safe trail side dominant approach that will still yield great results, but also stay within the biomechanics and physics parameters we've always taught.
