Would it be accurate to say that I want to zip around the MGR and be close to.

Would it be accurate to say that I want to zip around the MGR and be close to the exit with my lead arm still parallel to the ground? And after that, it's basically just pull the hands down and post? And thus, the MGR accounts for all of the time spent shifting weight and peak rotational force...and I'm all clear to fire away from there? Thanks!

You don't need a massive pull down or yank, but I believe you are in the right territory with your thinking.
