Guys. Just following up on the awesome swing review I had from Chris earlier.

Hi guys. Just following up on the awesome swing review I had from Chris earlier in the week. Sadly, I’ve failed at the first hurdle. I’m trying so hard to shift my weight at the start of the swing but, no matter what I do, I seem to lose all pressure straight away. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? I am a chronic overturner of the hips so suspect it may be related to that! Happy to submit another video for review but there doesn’t seem much point at this stage as I’ve hardly made any progress at all!

Hey Ross, Give it some time and make sure after you pressure to the trail side, that you try and keep the trail knee a little flexed and facing forward. This will help keep the hips from over rotating and should help you feel the load increase as you are turning your body into that side. Let us know if you are still getting hung up BUT again, take your time and it will come along nicely.
