I started experimenting on my downswing where to me it feels like I'm actually.

I started experimenting on my downswing where to me it feels like I'm actually looking ahead of the ball at impact and then after allowing my head to turn with my body on the follow through. I actually was hitting the ball a little more solidly and on camera it didn't look like I was doing anything significant but to me it felt like a big change. I've always kind of felt like to keep my eyes looking at the back of the ball and keep it fixed there will after the ball is gone. While doing Axiom this seemed to help me keep turning through better. Any thoughts? Here is a face on SW that felt really good strike.

With lead side release you would want the head pretty stable and staying down. Where the eyes go the head goes. Where the head goes the chest goes. For trail side release you can allow for a little more opening of the body, so this may have been why you felt some more comfort. Have to be very careful with it though.
