I have a pain question.

I have a pain question. I have drilled in slow motion activating my glutes until I'm experiencing pain in my glutes when I'm just standing around. It's been happening over a month. Have anyone else had this concern. Any suggestions

Hello James. You shouldn't be stressing the glutes too such an extent they are so fatigued you get pain. You will be sore at first when activating and learning how to use newer muscles in the swing. But, they should be ready to work and engage. You may be over cooking the move. Happy to take a look at it to confirm.
Common when you’re way overdoing it and moving slow. Pick up the pace as the glutes have to be able to move the hips much more quickly in a normal swing
