I just watched the Left vs Right VDO.

I just watched the Left vs Right VDO. This indeed provides a great insight in the two extremes of the spectre. Where I have a mismatch in my understanding is the following; In a lead-side dominant swing the relaxedness of arms and shoulders are required if not fundamental for optimising swing-speed. This said, how can you, while having relaxed arms and shoulders, perform the “stab you thigh” move?

Hello H.J. The stab the thigh move will have too be a bit manual at first to help correct the plane. Just like Trace the Plane Line Video. However, it is to keep you from excessive pulling/yanking for the top. Allowing for proper rotation of hands/forearms. With reps it actually starts to become a little more passive.
