Feeling like I am really starting to get a hang of lead leg adduction and it is.

Feeling like I am really starting to get a hang of lead leg adduction and it is showing in my ballstriking :). Right now im honestly just feeling like adduction is all I do into impact and rhe rest seems to sort itself out. If i wanna hit the ball a bit further i've just experimented with feeling like I adduct even faster. I wonder if i am going about that the right way though or if im overdoing something good. Do i want to feel like the post up is a separate motion or should it just be the natural continuation of adduction as I get my hip closer to stacked? Want to make sure i dont end up ruining my swing in a new way that takes years to fix haha

Natural continuation. Don't try to make adduction thee sole speed generator, but the start to a power impact/post position. Remember, you can't pull yourself left of left, so you don't have to fear going outside NJA if using solely the lead leg muscles.
Hi Jens- Can you explain what you mean by adduction? I think I am missing that concept of what truly adduction means on the feeling. Matt
