Craig- Here is a swing from yesterday.

Hi Craig- Here is a swing from yesterday. From the discussion we had back and forth on one of Jens posts and basically the adduction conversation. I'm really trying hard to do the MGR and after I get to 6 using the muscles like Chris mentioned in the hip pain video. Does this look any better? I know I still have a ways to go but at least on this one I didn't feel much pain on outside of hip. This was with a 9 iron. One other question, by focusing on clockwise motion is my right leg getting too straight on backdating or is this ok? Matt

You might be disengaging the trail glute a tad on the backswing with the straight leg. Make sure you load that muscle. Also, the plane is inside and the chest really closed. You need to get some more lead hip rotation to aid in bringing arms hands down and into impact. It is better. But, gotta get that lead hip rotating. Remember, like in the Live Lesson about Stab the Thigh and Tiger leaving his hands and rotating the hip through. Link below around: 43:40 time stamp.
