Chuck.....I am 75. Had severe in the brain stem stroke and told I would not walk again. After 1+ year in wheelchair eventually started back as 40 hcp now 10 yrs later am 23. Was a former 7 at Butler National for 30 yrs, a very tough course in Chicago.
Have "signed up" at Rotary and am learning over (started when I was 10 - thanks dad) and new thinking. Was taught that "slower" was better for example. Biggest issue is "balance" and trying to improve. Brain stem controls balance and coordination, so thank for the tips and hope to meet you soon. If you get to Chicago in July/Aug, perhaps we can play .
