Hi everyone. I'm trying to add the trail arm. I know it's mostly passive, but I think if I can understand it's exact movement it might help to stop fighting it. From the top of the swing, would it be accurate to say that it INTERNALLY rotates (if only slightly at first) while the wrist hinge INCREASES, and the elbow extends? I think my tendency is to try to externally rotate the arm in an effort to shallow, but since it's pinned to my side, that's messing with my shoulder plane. Am I on the right track? Thanks!

The arm can externally rotate during the transition so that is not a bad thing. Early internal rotation leads to steepening the shaft
