Not sure where I should be posting this.

Not sure where I should be posting this. My shot making has improved a lot with the combination of Axiom and Dead Drill. Instead of worrying about my score, I am tracking the number of reasonable t shots and iron shots. I am up around 80% now. (Used to be 50%). but that last 20% is what results in triple bogeys and puts my score into the 90's. The swing thought I am focussing on is to keep my sternum pointing backwards so that my shoulders are square at impact. Good shots when I do this. But my neural networks still want me to lunge at the ball and this is what results in the bad shots. What I am looking for is any tips on how to make this positioning become automatic. Drills or other swing thoughts? It seems to me like I am pretty consistent with the rest of the fundamentals, and if I can keep the sternum pointing back then I am fine. thanks.

Hello Sjahari. No particular drills per se. The spinning of the shoulders is more about being patient and allowing the legs to bring the upper half to impact. I'll search and see if I can find one, but I don't think we have one specifically on this other than Trail Shoulder Back Video.
