I am happy with my swing and the axiom is amazing.

HI, I am happy with my swing and the axiom is amazing. However since I started getting back to the gym ( basic bodybuilding workouts) I have noticed my swing has taken a turn for the worse. I have talked to a few local golfers and they have the same problem therefore take the summer off to just focus on golf and safe the working out for winter. How do the pros workout and play the same day? Are there any tricks or tips I could use to get my swing back into shape while working out heavy with weights. Or do I have to change into a golf style workout ? I was also thinking maybe it could be the soreness or maybe bodybuilding makes you a little too stiff.

Soreness and added bulk can be tough on the swing. You don't need a golf specific routine. You have to work on maintain the flexibility and sequencing. You can add some muscles mass as long as the arms don't get too active with brute force. What I see most is that the sequence leaves and over powering with arms/hands starts to show through.
