I've been working on the 9-3 drill and the throw the ball drill too.

I've been working on the 9-3 drill and the throw the ball drill too. on video it looks like I'm doing the drills correctly but my distance seems to be off. 1-2 clubs short on full swings and I'm not sure where i'm going wrong. Can you point me in the right direction? thanks,

Hi Dennis, So, when you moved from the 9 to 3 swing back into full swing you are now 1 or 2 clubs shorter than you used to be? We would need to look closely at the movements in the swing review system to better understand where any sort of speed seepage is. Can you post a review and show some swings in here so I can take a look and help you find where you speed went?
Hello Dennis. Are you still using your legs and not getting too arm centric? Or, have you noticed the lag being deployed too soon before impact?
