Guys, I have been desperately trying to keep my right arm straight in the.

Hi guys, I have been desperately trying to keep my right arm straight in the backswing as Manny has been teaching me with mixed results. Sometimes I hit shots that are full penetration and straight, other times I go back to my default shots which are fat and hooky. I was practicing in my back garden today with plastic balls and found that if I tried to keep my elbows as close together as possible I started to feel that my chest was turning in synch with my arms which I have also struggled to do in the past. The shots seemed more consistent along with pitch shots that have also been pulled left in the past. The point is that as I takeaway I feel the left and right arms are straight causing the body to fully turn. Does this make sense and if so should I continue this feeling. Thanks guys, Lee.

Hello Lee. This feeling sounds similar to what you should be doing. My only concern is overly squeezing the elbows together can sometimes give you locked sensation that will hurt a little bit of flow and tension. But, you are basically doing what the RotaryConnect does ;).
