Perhaps it would be useful to provide a video with exercises for the post-up.

Perhaps it would be useful to provide a video with exercises for the post-up without jumping up. I personally find that rather difficult to do while rotating the forward (left) hip up and back. When you go into your squat, you’re getting in a classic position to jump, but unlike in basketball or volley ball, then you should not raise your upper body, in order to maintain your spine angle. That’s tricky. You mention in the video “The Post Up Move - How to Use Lead Leg for Power and Maintain Posture” (Time Stamp 1:55) “jumping up off the ground”. I wonder if others have the same problem as me? Having said that, I think I'm starting to get it and at the same time to drive the release with the post-up move. It's just in a normal basketball jump the goal is above you, while here the goal is to accelerate the club head/release with your left hip. Fascinating, but taking serious reps.

Hello Stanley. I can understand the up/back motion to be tricky. But, that allows you to retain spine angle. Jumping is just a good way to reinforce leverage pull from the ground. You Hit the Golf Ball with Your Legs, Clamshell, Tour Pro Downswing Sequence Drill may help.
