Guys I’ve a question on the downswing When explaining the transition on.

Hey guys I’ve a question on the downswing When explaining the transition on this video Chuck appears to have a lot of weight on his left side/glute. When I do it, I feel the same and feel that my right leg isn’t activated at all In the dead drill it’s a squat to square move, so both legs are activated. What’s the goal there ? What’s the best option ? Is it fine not to have the right leg activated at all ?

Hello Ronan. Which video are you referring to? Also, both legs will be engaged. If you don't have both glutes engaged (Sq to Square) it will be hard to shy away from early extension. One will just be more dominant.
