How can I get a better feel for how the post-up move accelerates the.

Hello, How can I get a better feel for how the post-up move accelerates the club head into impact? As far as I can tell, the post-up causes the shoulders to rotate 45-70% into the ball. Then on top of that comes leverage/lag and release? Is that the whole of it, is that the essence of club head speed generation? Do you have a guildeline or rule of thumb as for the timing of this? These three elements seem to be partly sequentilal, partly simultaneous. A while back Chuck put out a slo-mo video of his swing. I only know of the down-the-line version. Is there a face-on version as well? Best regards, Stanley

The speed will be coming from/delivered from the wrist. Shift, post and release. To get a better feel and sense of timing. I would use an impact bag and the drills in How Swing Speed Affects Compression Video. I will see if I can find a Face On Version.
