Hi. Long-time member who recently rejoined.

Hi. Long-time member who recently rejoined. Today, halfway through my round, I had a huge light bulb moment. I finally get how you hit the ball with your legs! Use the post up move to propel the club down to the ball without even trying and without any manipulation by the hands. I was just taking half-swings and no effort and the ball just flew and flew. Only one issue: With a half-swing with my driver it seemed to leave the club face open. That is weird because the club should naturally release without any effort on my part. Any ideas why my driver swings were going a bit right?

Hello John. The half swing with the driver is really tough because the club usually requires more time (wider radius, stiffer shaft, etc) to square up and have proper kick into impact. You may need a little bit bigger swing to see thee results. Also, make sure you have proper setup adjustments with the driver.
