Gentlemen I have been working on the steps for several weeks now. Today our season starts and I will be playing with my group. When doing something new in front of my peers I get anxious and getting fast and going back to my old swing. Any suggestions other than do not play? John

Hello John. Tough position to be in. But, remember you play golf and not swing. Don't focus so much on mechanics. Those you fix on the range. Play the shot in front of you. If you take a look at the Two Club Drill. That is a good drill just to get body awake and feel some natural rhythm/tempo again during the middle of a round.
