Just too pleased not to write in!
I'm 79 years old, had a 19+ handicap, it has grown for several years from a pretty consistent 17 handicap on SCGA.
I saw the first free videos on YouTube and it seemed to make logical sense so I practiced those for a few weeks, then signed up to see additional videos and to be able to send in my own videos for review. That all started about two months ago.
I have had two videos reviewed and have been practicing #8 iron into my backyard driving net and just practiced swing the driver in the air.
OK... so that's the background.
Yesterday I finally went out to a course with 124 slope from the white tees.
I shot 42/42 with a double and a triple!
I also got the closest hole in one in my life of 45 years at golf. Par 3, 181 uphill yards, #5 wood, and I hope you can see the attached picture... 1½" to the right of the cup!
Am I happy?????????????????
