Hi Craig, thanks for the swing review. I understand about switching off the shoulders in the transition and letting the legs do the work. I remember Chuck stressing this in the dead drill videos and I'm ashamed to say that I must have forgotten that vital point somewhere along the way. The videos that you pointed out really helped me to understand about this and also fixing the shoulder plane (which is another thing that I thought I had sorted but it has obviously crept back in :shock: ). My only excuse is that I must be too excited by the stuff that going on in the boot camp and forgetting basics :laugh: :smile: . Time to go back and make sure I fix them and hopefully not let them creep back in. Thanks again.
