Hi Craig, Following on from previous post have been hitting foam balls just concentrating on starting the backswing with the shoulders and then in transition focussing on using the body to clear the hips and letting the arms come along for the ride. As usual just wanted to get your thoughts before moving to the white devil!!

Try not to let the trail knee straighten too much in the takeaway so you can recruit the core more. Allow the trail hip to start opening as you keep pulling the shoulders back. This should give you a tighter movement, but make the flow down to shallow a little more in sync.
