Craig. In my latest swing review you said that my shoulders and upper body.

Hi Craig. In my latest swing review you said that my shoulders and upper body are still too active in the transition/post up. I am practising with my arms folded on my chest. At the moment all I am doing is to try not to move the shoulders in the STSQ, so that they are being dragged by the hips, like passengers. But you have said that there is still too much shoulder movement. I want to quieten the shoulders but I don't have any triggers that tell me when I am doing it, so I don't really know if I am addressing this problem. I think part of it is that I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. Could you give me any pointers that I could use so that I can see it for myself when I watch/video my movement and actively work to remedy the upper body being too active?

Hello Tony. Put a club across your chest so you can see how much they are moving. Thee shoulders will get pulled by the hips. However, if the shoulders beat the hips to impact and beyond that's where you get into trouble.
