Craig. Just watched your review.

Hi Craig. Just watched your review. When I was talking about "actively" using my arms, what I was trying to describe was that I find it really difficult to stop my shoulders rotating while I squat to square. To get my arms to fall straight down while I'm squatting I feel I have to actively keep my arms away from the ball. If I don't then my hands move across my body rather than down - I've added a video illustrating what I mean. The consequence of this is that I feel I have to choose between letting my arms drop and getting my hips moving. However I understand what you mean about allowing my arms to separate now and I've got a much better idea of what to work on, subject to any comment you may have here. Thanks, Neil

You don't want to yank from the top. But, if dead (excessive gravity feeling) hurts thee move. Then, just make sure you keep them a little engaged so that the hips may pull. It will be blend of gravity and feeling of them getting pulled by the legs.
