I have a question about the backswing.

Hi, I have a question about the backswing. I was watching the DEAD Drill video on the backswing and thinking about axis tilt. I know that we have to keep in posture and I'm assuming that includes axis tilt from setup. I've been watching myself in a mirror trying to keep my shoulders quiet and I'm having a problem working out the shoulders. In the DEAD Drill video Chuck says that the left shoulder shouldn't be higher than the right (trail) shoulder. When I am setting up with axis tilt, my lead shoulder is already higher than the trail shoulder. Can you explain please? Am I setting up for axis tilt incorrectly or is it the shoulder moving back? I am taking the trail shoulder back, but also trying to keep the T of my spine and shoulders. I am overthinking this I'm sure, but I am trying to nail the axiom movement and the shoulders are a problem. Thanks.

Hello Tony. Axis tilt will be the tilt of the spine. Towards or away from the target. The shoulders will rotate on a plane perpendicular to the spine. If you setup with excessive tilt it can make the shoulders rotate too flat, but to rotate around the hinged forward spine thee lead shoulder will have to be below the trail at the top.
