I am working though the 5minutes to the perfect release drill and combining the right arm throw the ball drill. When doing the exercise should I feel that I release my right hand from the club at the same position I would throw the ball. Can you also explain how hard I should be trying to feel that I am throwing the ball. ( say on a 1-10 scale) Thanks

Hello Peter. You would feel the release in the same position as the throw the ball. The key is which one are you trying to be dominant with. For a lead release the trail will be more of a passive conduit of power. You can add a little throw, but not to over take the lead (Vijay Release Drill Video). I would take a look at the Left vs Right Video however if you are on the fence.
